Socktoberfest Cheat
Happy Socktober! I cheated a little bit. I started my first pair of socks a couple of days early this year. Because I'm hoping to finish four pair this month and one of them is a doozy I thought I could really use the extra time. I started the D-Man socks and actually have a photo for you!
They're knitting up pretty quickly so I'm hoping they'll only take a week. Here's hoping!

The sock looks great! I have a bunch to get done in October too for holiday gifts.
How beautiful. I've never tried a pattern. I generally use yarn that does the stripe pattern all by itself. Haven't had the courage to try a pattern like yours. What if I have to rip? Figuring out where I need to begin again gives me a headache.
