I'm Blogstipated

You read it correctly. I'm blogstipated and have nothing to write about. I've been knitting but they're all things I knit before or they're things I'm giving as gifts so they can't be shown yet. I could kvetch about my damn knee which has kept me home for weeks on end but that gets old. Fast. I could blog about friends and family but there is no drama there, everyone's happy and healthy.
Oh one thing I can show you is this:

I'm feeling optimistic and hoping to knit this as a present for someone I know who's having a baby. It may be beyond my abilities but I know peeps. Someone will help me if need be.
Next time I hope to be able to show you something I've actually accomplished. I'll probably just find something to kvetch about though. You've been warned

I hear Google is in the works for a bloxative...those guys seem to have everything coveredthese days.

DROPS baby sweater is uber cute! Cables make all sweaters and such look complex to knit... but I'm sure its easy peasy! You can do it! :-)

Nice baby set. Cables are easy. What I find tedious are the button plackets where you have to pick up all those stitches along the edges of the front and neck. But, its usually worth the effort especially when the sweater is as pretty as this one.

I love that sweater. You can totally do it! But, do it without a cable needle. (you knew that was coming.)

my hat would be done, but the needle broke last night. alas.
