My Prize!

I enter contests on knitting blogs all the time. I have never won anything anywhere. No lottery ticket wins, no door prizes, nothing. Until now!
A couple of weeks ago I entered a contest at PurlingPs and I won! I won some seriously awesome sock yarn made by Conjoined Creations. It's called Flat Feet and here's why:

How cool is that? That's the yarn! It's a flat of yarn that will unravel only on one end to make a lovely pair of socks. First off it's pink. LOVE pink! And it's got an almost tye dye feel to it. At the top of the picture, you can see a tan yarn. That's holding the yarn for both socks together so each half should knit up as one sock. It's 80% Superwash Merino and 20% Nylon. I'm so happy with this prize and want to thank the lovely ladies of Purling Ps for having a contest with such an unusual and cool prize!
On other fronts, I've done no knitting. NONE. Patch and I have been sick with a horrible cold and haven't had the energy to get anything done. Hopefully I'll be over this soon and be a knittin fool in no time.
