I have an Amazon Kindle. I've had it since February last year when I convinced my husband that it's a must have for apartment dwellers. I think that fact, the three bookcases we have here and the twenty six boxes of books I have in the basement convinced him so he bought me one for Valentines day last year. I LOVE it. I have it with me at all times. I have over a hundred books on it plus several patterns and a few blogs that I subscribe to.
Speaking of blog subscriptions, guess who has one of the newest blogs available on the Kindle? That would be me! Yes I now have my blog available for purchase on the Amazon Kindle! I'm so excited although I'm not planning on getting rich off it. Why buy the blog when you can get it for free I figure but it's still exciting!
So if you have a Kindle have a lookie loo if only to make me happy.

I think you should blog more about this Kindle thing. I'm interested. I've heard of it, but I'm too lazy to find more about it. I want to hear what the ordinary people think of it. For example, how readable it is? You know, compared to books.

I've been debating for a year now whether or not I want a kindle!! I have the classic fear-- would it be like reading a book?-- and I need to make up my mind before this Christmas!!

I was thinking about getting a Kindle as well, but I think I might miss the feel of a book - as weird as that sounds! Have you ever thought about donating your books to a local library? I did that after my book collection got out of hand! I even donated some of them to a local school district library as well! They were pleased and it is a great way to recycle books! I agree, though, tell us more about the Kindle!

Can you knit while reading on the kindle? I'm a big fan of books on tape, or downloaded books on an mp3player so I can knit & "read" at the same time. Having your blog on Kindle, now that is really cool!!!
Are you anywhere near the Yarn Co shop (home of the Yarn Girls books) as I'm having fun with their books. (I realize that NY is BIG, but just in case...)
I finally got one!! The kindle 1. You were so right. They are very cool. I love the fact that you can enlarge the text!!!
