Merry Christmas!

There will be fifteen of us for Christmas Eve here and seven for Christmas. One will be missing though. My Dad passed away in January and this will be our first holiday season without him. All our hearts are aching at times but we remember the fun and the love is always there so it gets us through. Funny...we'll have a house full but there will be an empty place in my heart this Christmas. And always.
It's going to be a busy week or so around here with not much knitting but plenty of eating, drinking and merry making. I just wanted to put up a quick post wishing you all the merriest of Christmases or the happiest Hanukkahs.

Hope you and your lovely family have the best of holidays and know that Papa is still with you even if he can't be there this year. Merry, Merry Christmas.
